Think Tank Products, LLC, doing business as Provyn ("Provyn", "we", "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through provyn.com and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a free resource, book a call or contact us, we collect your name, email address and anything else you choose to include.
- Information from your use of our website. Like most websites, we use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use provyn.com, such as the pages visited, the time spent and the referring site.
- Information from our clients. When we work with a client, we receive the business information needed to deliver our services.
- LinkedIn information, with your permission. If you connect a LinkedIn account or LinkedIn Page to a Provyn dashboard, we receive, with your consent, the statistics LinkedIn makes available for that account or Page, such as follower counts and post performance. We use it only to show you your own results, we keep it no longer than LinkedIn allows, and we delete it when you disconnect or ask us to.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve our services, to send you the resources and messages you ask for, to respond to you, and to understand how our website is used. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as providers that host our systems, send email, manage customer relationships, provide website analytics and provide AI processing, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law or the terms of the platform it came from require, and then delete it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing paul@provyn.com. You can disconnect a LinkedIn account or Page from a Provyn dashboard at any time.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
